Welcome to the website of the Hispanic Culture Review, a journal published yearly by students of George Mason University. HCR publishes narrative (fiction and nonfiction),
essays, poetry, and visual art related to the Hispanic world (in Spanish or English).

Mission Statement

The purpose of Hispanic Culture Review is to contribute to GMU's multiculturalism by creating cultural links between GMU's community, persons, and institutions involved in the creation and diffusion of Hispanic culture in the United States, Latin America, and other nations where Spanish is spoken.

If you are interested in publishing your works, please see our submissions page. There are no eligibility requirements. If you enjoy our journal, we hope you will consider a subscription. Those who wish to advertise in the printed edition of HCR, please see our ads page.
